[Test Method]Are you still take a magnet to check the stainless steel products good or bad ?

   Some clients check the material good or bad by a magnetic, if magnetic, no good; if non-magnetic, good. That’s traditional concepts, not correct. 

   Stainless Steel Grade 304 & 316 also has little magnetic when processing. So it’s not a good idea to check.

   We should analyze the chemical composition of the material, SS304 has 8% Ni; SS316 has 10% Ni, SS200 SS201 SS202 in China market all has no nickel. So you should make test in the testing center. That’s right way to check the stainless steel fasteners and fixings good or bad.
